Rachelle Berges, Head of Media and Connections, Integrated Marketing Communications at Johnson & Johnson, will lead the Media Strategy jury. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific in early 2015, she spent more than 10 years working agency side on multinational accounts at Ogilvy, Mindshare and Maxus based in Australia, Japan and Hong Kong, and another 9 years in-house leading both Global and Regional Media Strategy and Trading for Motorola.
